MEET THE TEAM
Michelle brings deep executive-level experience with various industry-leading companies, with particular success in developing emerging technologies into mature products and services. Before Demand by Design, Michelle was the Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for NetEnrich where she led the launch of packaged cloud-based managed services including successful relationships with major distribution partners like Ingram Micro and Arrow in addition to hundreds of VAR partners. Before NetEnrich, Michelle served as Vice President of Marketing at OpSource, where she successfully launched Optimal OnDemand, the industry’s first Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery platform. In prior senior positions at Connectix, Maxoptix, Novell, and Acer, Michelle was responsible for significantly increasing sales by developing strategies for new product lines and opening new market segments by leveraging innovative promotions, reseller, and channel programs.
Roya brings over 10 years of Sales experience to Optymyz and began her career in software and hardware sales in the energy industry and transitioned to Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and Information Security Compliance consulting sales. With a knack for understanding clients’ needs and a passion for solving challenges, she will focus on business development, growth, and customer retention. Roya holds a bachelor’s in engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Houston.
Paul brings over 20 years of Tech Marketing and Product Management experience including
management of a $200M consumer storage product family at Fortune 500 computer storage
company, Seagate Technology, increasing sales over 100% from the previous generation. At
Maxtor Corporation, Paul managed an award-winning family of OneTouch storage solutions
and retail storage kits, representing over $300M in annual revenues, driving unit growth over 50%. At Quantum’s Consumer Electronics Business Unit, Paul developed a two step-licensing program & business model, also defined and implemented the group’s third-party partners’ program. Paul holds a BS in Engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
Justin comes to Optymyz with a passion and energy for transforming the way our clients
grow their business. Before joining the Optymyz team, Justin spent the past 10 years of his career in sales/business development. Most of that time he spent selling SaaS platforms across numerous verticals. His goal has always been to deliver a vision that will enable success for his clients. Justin is excited to leverage his depth of knowledge to identify user needs and deliver cutting-edge solutions for our customers.
